The Cowboys are not that bad of a team, really… In a way they are more of a developing team with Romo, and need a coach to fix TO head (if he sticks around Dallas that is).
What is bad is Norv as a headcoach, if today the report was they where going to make Norv headcoach of the niners, i would be posting here that we are in trouble. He is a good OC, and he can build QBs which is why the Niners have him as OC for Smith, and i guess the reason why Dallas want him for Romo. But as Head Coach you have Sp and Def. to worry about, not just your QB and play calling. It shall be seen but i expect a repeat of him at Oakland.
